In his role — the culmination of more than a decade at the company thus far — he is responsible for reviewing new projects and developing strategic solutions to meet customer requirements. Additionally, he ensures that the code developed by various teams adheres to company standards and maintains the integrity of Teamcenter’s extensive development history. As part of a group of talented architects, he plays a vital role in overseeing projects to ensure comprehensive planning and development across multiple disciplines.
Prior to reaching his current position at Siemens, Mr. Guaron served as a software architect in Israel from 2022 to 2023. During this time, he honed his skills in product lifecycle management and computer-aided design (CAD) systems, contributing significantly to the company’s success. From 2014 to 2022, he worked as a software developer at the same organization, gaining substantial knowledge in manufacturing processes, particularly in printed circuit boards with surface-mount technology.
Mr. Guaron’s professional journey began with his military service in the Israel Defense Forces, where he held the position of team lead from 2012 to 2014 and was a programmer from 2008 to 2012. Utilizing his storied technical abilities, he wrote specification documents, reviewed the coding written by his team to ensure accuracy and efficiency and honed his skills performing various information technology (IT) management tasks. His exceptional contributions during his military tenure earned him the prestigious Independence Day Appreciation Award in 2012, an achievement he regards as one of his proudest accomplishments.
In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Guaron has pursued academic excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo in Israel, which he completed in 2016. Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. To augment his knowledge in program execution and Agile team coaching, he is certified in SAFe 4.0 for both scrum masters and scrum teams and holds credentials as a software engineer and system design analyst from the Israel Defense Forces’ Mamram unit.
