As Chief of Staff at Microsoft, she provided strategic oversight and aligned cross-functional teams. She also consulted for Deloitte, advising clients on technology transformation. In 2023, she served as the Chief Technology Officer in Residence at ASG in Seattle, following her tenure as Vice President of Engineering at OpenSesame in Portland from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Engineering for Applications at Degreed, having initially joined as Director of Engineering in 2020. These roles reflect her ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
Ms. Delamere has also worked with notable organizations like SAP Concur in Bellevue, Physio-Control Inc. in Redmond, DeLider Technologies in the Philippines, Microsoft in Mountain View, and Masterfoods USA (Mars Inc.) in New Jersey. At Physio-Control Inc., she led the development of LifeNet, a product that integrates with defibrillators to transmit critical data to emergency medical technicians, significantly improving survival rates for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest.
Alongside her professional roles, Ms. Delamere has shared her expertise in webinars and speaking engagements. Her talks often focus on operational strategies using the Run-Grow-Transform framework, and at events like SAP Fusion, she highlights breakthrough product developments and their successful market entry.
Ms. Delamere holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Scripps College (1998), a Master’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering from USC (2000), and an MBA from Regis University (2004). She is also certified as a Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master by the International Scrum Institute since 2015.
