His tenure at Guavas, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra showcased his ability to transform organizational performance. Notably, during his time at IBM Australia (1999–2009), Bobby became the youngest Partner in the region, setting the stage for a remarkable career in innovation and leadership.
His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Bhopal University and an MBA from QUT Australia, complemented by a certification in Leading Your Organization’s Digital Transformation from Harvard Business School.
