Ms. Oare’s career trajectory includes roles at Brand Networks (2013–2017), where she delivered strategic solutions, and at Level 3 Communications (2004–2013), where she honed her expertise as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Earlier roles at General Code, Screenvision, Nortel Networks, and Millbank Corporation further enriched her technical and managerial skills, culminating in a profound understanding of digital technologies, contexts, and their applications.
Ms. Oare’s academic foundation, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Brockport (1995), has been bolstered by numerous certifications. These include the IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential, a Certified Change Management Professional certification from IDEOU (CCMP), and a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance Organization (CSM).
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Oare is deeply committed to community engagement. She hosts pop-up workshops for children and their parents, aimed at cultivating a deeper understanding of the challenges people face in the digital realm.
