The hearing will take place on June 4, 2026 at which time the Company will present its plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share. To the extent permitted by Nasdaq Listing Rules, the delisting action referenced in the letter dated April 28, 2026 from Nasdaq as previously announced has been stayed, pending a final written decision by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
