Mr. Sehgal’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communications from Delhi College of Engineering, which he earned in 1988. He attributes much of his success to patience and resilience, qualities that were reinforced by early advice from a board member about the inherent resilience of companies, and he remains grateful to several mentors who have helped him identify and adapt to change. He further notes the inspiring models of industry leaders like Steve Jobs and Tim Cook, and he acknowledges his meditation mentor, Kamalesh Patel, as a significant influence on his discovery of the intelligence of the heart.
Mr. Sehgal delivered a critical product to a client during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, despite the project being based in Wuhan, China, an accomplishment that secured continued client satisfaction and highlighted Mr. Sehgal’s ability to navigate complex situations.
He is also responsible for the education and environment verticals in a nonprofit organization that has successfully trained close to half a million children worldwide through a unique cognitive and intuitive development program.
