Mr. Saxena has rapidly ascended to prominence in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, demonstrating an exceptional ability to blend his technical skills with a creative vision. As the creative director at PuliStudio Technologies Inc. in Tampa, Florida, since 2023, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s design ethos and product aesthetics. Mr. Saxena’s tenure in the organization coincides with his role as the founder of Shadowcademy, also initiated in 2023, where he leverages his expertise to foster innovation in educational technology.
Before these roles, Mr. Saxena made significant contributions to MetLife Legal Plans as the head of design from 2020 to 2023. His leadership was instrumental in redefining the company’s design strategy and enhancing customer experience. Mr. Saxena held the same position at Willing Inc. in the Miami area between 2018 to 2020. Under his guidance, Willing Inc. successfully navigated various legal barriers to digital will creation, ultimately serving approximately 1.75 million customers and culminating in an acquisition by MetLife.
Mr. Saxena’s career began with foundational roles that honed his skills in UI/UX design and development. These early positions included working for several leading organizations, including Capital One, Merchant Link, Comtech LLC, SemiconSpace, and Marketing Streams. Before immigrating to the U.S., Mr. Saxena found success with Dial Services India as a web UI/UX design and development consultant between 2009 and 2010 and Planetsurf Creations as a web UI designer intern in 2009.
Mr. Saxena’s academic background reveals the foundation upon which his career is built. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from RV College of Engineering in 2013 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2020.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Saxena is deeply committed to leveraging his expertise to benefit the community. He enjoys creating solutions for everyday problems and is passionate about applying customer data analysis to offer insights into community leadership. Mr. Saxena’s ambition extends to utilizing artificial intelligence to provide detailed insights into customer behavior, aiming to empower small businesses within the stock industry with valuable data analysis tools for growth acceleration. Additionally, he is active with a local nonprofit organization in Tampa, which empowers underprivileged women in rural areas of India.
