The Pages that grow are rarely the flashiest. They’re the ones that communicate purpose in a glance.

Algorithms reward patterns, but people reward presence. Forget the myth of virality. The real growth engines on Facebook are built on micro-engagement, moments when a user feels seen. A question answered. A story that reflects their own. It’s why storytelling still beats strategy.

A short-form video that shows a real person behind your brand will outperform a polished ad nine times out of ten. A caption that reveals how something feels, (not just what it does) lingers longer in the mind.
Humans scroll fast but remember emotion. That’s why I tell clients: don’t post to inform, post to connect.

Here’s the secret: the algorithm listens to what humans do, not what marketers claim. Every share, comment or rewatch teaches the machine what resonates and it adjusts.

So in essence, the algorithm isn’t your enemy. It’s your audience’s echo.

The Art of Cross-Pollination

In ecosystems, isolation means extinction. Online – means invisibility. Facebook doesn’t exist in a vacuum, it feeds off your wider digital presence. If your Instagram bio, LinkedIn profile, and email footer don’t point back to your Page, you’re bleeding organic potential.

Cross-platform coherence tells both users and algorithms that you’re a stable signal. Partnerships multiply that signal. When two Pages co-create a joint live stream, a Q&A or even a shared campaign – their algorithms cross-reference audiences. You’re merging communities.

Give your audience something worth liking for. Offer tools, templates, insights or a moment of connection that feels personal. Invite followers to join a live Q&A not because you want engagement, but because you actually want to listen.

Month 2 – Experimentation
