(“Lucent” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: LUCN) today announced that it has been approved to upgrade from the OTC Pink Market to the OTCQB® Venture Market. The Company expects its common stock to begin trading on the OTCQB effective at the market open on March 21, 2025.
The OTCQB is a premier marketplace for entrepreneurial and development stage U.S. and international companies committed to providing investors high-quality trading and improved market visibility to enhance liquidity. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test, and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process.
