(“LIST” or “the Company”), a proprietary developer of advanced laser technology and the only USA-origin and patented laser uranium enrichment company, today announced that it has received a non-possessing Facility Clearance from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This allows the Company to apply for security clearances for its key employees. The CRISLA technology is a sensitive nuclear technology, and the Company is confident that the DOE will eventually designate the technology as classified restricted data, allowing a path for access to Classified Matter.
