The five-yea p oject is a key compo e t of Lo e z’s logistics st ategy, combi i g the developme t of futu e- eady pla t logistics with the goal of sustai ably educi g CO₂ emissio s f om i te al t a spo t.
At the hea t of the p oject a e fou cabless, auto omous elect ic vehicles f om Ei ide, which will t a spo t fi ished goods, aw mate ials, a d empty pallets betwee the p oductio facilities a d the ce t al wa ehouse o the p ivate pla t g ou ds, without p oduci g exhaust emissio s. Ei ide’s softwa e platfo m, Saga AI, co t ols a d coo di ates the ope atio s, pla i g a d sy ch o izi g the auto omous t a spo t p ocesses.

The auto omous vehicles a e expected to move up to 1,200 pallets pe day o ave age, with sig ifica tly highe volumes possible du i g peak times. Each vehicle ca ies 15 pallets pe t ip, a d a ou d t ip takes app oximately 30 to 45 mi utes, depe di g o ope atio al wo kflows.
