(“Digihost” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq / TSXV: DGHI), an innovative energy infrastructure company that develops cutting-edge data centers, is pleased to announce that it has filed a notice of name change to “Digi Power X Inc.” with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”). As part of the name change, effective at the start of trading on March 6, 2025, Digi Power X Inc. will commence trading on the Exchange under the new symbol “DGX” and continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “DGHI”.

No further action is required from current stockholders. There is no change in the share capital of the Company. The Company’s new CUSIP number is 25380B102 and its new ISIN number is CA25380B1022.
