Powerful image processing for industrial quality control
Atlantik Elektronik introduces its innovative Triple Vision AI industrial camera based on the powerful Qualcomm® QCS6490 platform, offering simultaneous support of three cameras with AI processing capabilities (up to 12 TOPS AI processing power in total) for industrial applications. In particular, industrial quality control and other inspection processes in companies can be made more efficient, precise and reliable.
The Triple Vision AI industrial camera enables the simultaneous recording of image material from three different perspectives, which is then efficiently and reliably evaluated using advanced (de)coding functions with the integrated AI algorithms. The AI-based analysis of the captured image data takes place in real time and automatically provides detected patterns and anomalies as usable information for quality control.
The robust, industrial-grade IP65 housing with integrated heat dissipation allows the camera to be used in demanding environments such as production halls. For example, the versatile camera can be used in the automotive industry for quality control of vehicle components. The technology also enables the general monitoring of production processes in manufacturing and helps to identify avoidable errors and optimize efficiency. The camera can also detect production errors at an early stage in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, thus helping to ensure integrity and quality.
Powerful image processing with the AI-optimized Qualcomm® QCS6490 platform, low power consumption, the user-friendly Creator AidLux platform and modern connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth make it easy to integrate the Triple Vision AI industrial camera solution into existing systems.
