Adam brings an 18-year history with Systems & Software, deep industry knowledge and a track record of driving operational excellence across complex technology organizations.
Prior to rejoining Systems & Software, Adam served as Executive Vice President at SilverBlaze Solutions, where he led go-to-market and growth strategies for customer engagement platforms. He also held the role of Senior Vice President of Harris Utility Consumer Analytics, overseeing advanced analytics initiatives for utility customers.
Before leading SilverBlaze to new growth and scale, Adam held earlier leadership positions at Systems & Software including Vice President of Research and Development, Director of Product Development, and Director of Customer Support. His hands-on approach, technical expertise, and customer-centric mindset have made him a respected leader within the Harris Computer family.
Adam is deploying his strategic initiatives across product, service, innovation expanding the Systems & Software’s footprint in the utility CIS space. His strong leadership and deep understanding of utility software landscapes will be instrumental in ensuring the organization continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients.
