Radhika H. Kulkarni Honored for 25 Years of Service in the Software Engineering Industry
Radhika H. Kulkarni is currently a director of engineering at sportswear giant Nike
PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 05, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Radhika H. Kulkarni has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. Ms. Kulkarni joined global sportswear giant Nike in 2022 and is currently serving as the director of engineering, helping to build a customer management platform, leading the stability of software applications from the engineering and technology perspectives, and managing software engineers on her team. One notable achievement at Nike included successfully designing and implementing a customer management platform that has become a pivotal part of the company’s data strategy. With a target date of three months, at minimum, to build a framework, Ms. Kulkarni and her team met the deadline successfully.
Prior to joining Nike, Ms. Kulkarni was the senior manager of digital integrations and services at Tapestry Inc., a designer and marketer of luxury accessories and lifestyle brands, from 2021 to 2022. In her role, she oversaw digital integration projects and services that enhanced the company’s digital footprint. From 2018 to 2021, she served as the delivery head for digital marketing technology at Bed Bath and Beyond, where she was recognized for her contributions to digital marketing initiatives.
Ms. Kulkarni’s career also includes roles with national toy chain Toys “R” Us; international children’s publishing, education and media company Scholastic; New York Life Investment Management; and software development firm Framework Inc. She attributes her career achievements to a lifelong drive and passion for everything she sets her mind to.
A native of India, Ms. Kulkarni earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science and engineering from Shivaji University in Kolhapur, India, in 1997. She also holds a Java 1 certification, which has been instrumental in her technical proficiency and success throughout her career.
Outside of her career, Ms. Kulkarni is actively involved with Svaroopa Yoga, and she also enjoys hiking, singing, and listening to Indian classical music. A devoted mother to two daughters, Ms. Kulkarni aims to continue making a difference in the companies she serves and the people she works with, always ready to embrace opportunities for growth.
