His responsibilities also include designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging artificial intelligence to create compelling content, and enabling data-driven strategic decision-making to significantly improve brand visibility. Additionally, he forms high-value strategic human capital management partnerships and nurtures client relationships based on trust and experienced business consulting.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Kowalski was the global co-head of innovative business solutions, sales, and outbound product management at SAP America, Inc., from 2020 to 2023. During his tenure there, he consistently achieved top positions in the winner’s circle by surpassing business targets by an outstanding 100 percent. His key accomplishments included developing, designing, and implementing effective sales strategies as well as identifying new sales segment opportunities and establishing best practices in the industry. Previously, he served as SAP’s vice president of business development for North America and Latin America from 2016 to 2020 and as its national vice president of IBSO sales and account executive for North America and Latin America from 2010 to 2016.
Mr. Kowalski’s career began at Oracle in 1996, where he held various roles including consulting sales director, practice manager, and technical manager. His exceptional leadership skills were recognized with multiple awards such as the Quality Outstanding Oracle Leadership Award in Consulting in both 2006 and 1998. He was also named Rookie of the Year for Oracle Government in 1997.
Mr. Kowalski’s military service as a petty officer second class musician and arranger in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1988 further honed his leadership and collaborative abilities. In addition to his professional achievements, he is a member of the American Legion Post 665 and has volunteered with the UMC Trauma Center in Las Vegas, where he assisted patients, visitors and physicians.
Mr. Kowalski’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Salve Regina University in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts in music education from Marywood University in 1981. He also completed pre-medical coursework at the University of Nevada Las Vegas from 1992 to 1995. His certifications include Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Cert Prep: Cloud Concepts from LinkedIn, among others related to supply chain management and artificial intelligence.
Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Kowalski attributes his success to the strong work ethic instilled by his family background. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys performing music with his wife at restaurants and on cruises. He is passionate about traveling and is committed to continuing his work for as long as possible.
