As a DevOps cloud architect and consultant at Glow Networks in Dallas since 2024, he has been instrumental in his role, leveraging over a decade of success in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Previously, Mr. Panda was a consultant and cloud architect at Infovine Labs LLC in 2024, where he assisted various companies with their cloud migration analysis, ensured customer retention and aligned product offerings with client requirements.
Before pivoting into consulting, Mr. Panda’s career was marked by significant achievements, including his tenure as a principal Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud engineer at DISH Network from 2023 to 2024. During that time, he was responsible for implementing and auditing Dish 5G SA, ORAN AWS and VMware Cloud solutions. Mr. Panda also held several key positions at Ericsson between 2007 and 2023, beginning as a senior OSS-RS and VAS engineer and lead and becoming a software engineer II and III, technical team lead, solutions architect, senior solutions architect, and E2E solutions architect and solutions manager for cloud-native orchestration and automation. In his most recent role, he demonstrated exceptional talent in project management, notably delivering a successful 5G project that earned him an award.
Mr. Panda’s educational background has been pivotal in shaping his career. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science and information technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology in Odisha in 2004, a general management program for the information technology industry at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in 2008, and a Master of Business Administration in leadership, strategy and innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019. These academic achievements have equipped Mr. Panda with the strategic insight necessary for his roles in technology and management.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Panda holds certifications that underscore his expertise. As of 2024, he has been a certified solutions architect associate through AWS and Udemy. These certifications reflect his commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements and enhancing his skill set.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Panda is actively involved in civic organizations. He notably served as a community development coordinator for Child Rights and You from 2008 to 2009 and was a distribution assistant at the North Texas Food Bank.
In light of his success, Mr. Panda was recognized with an MS Eagle Award from Ericsson and a President’s Eagle Award.
