Before this position, Mr. Dutta served as the worldwide head of TIBCO product specialist engineers at Cloud Software Group from 2022 to 2023 after serving TIBCO, a business unit of cloud software group, in a variety of positions from 2013 to 2022. These included head of worldwide TIBCO platform architects, worldwide head of data management presales, senior managing principal for presales in North America for Unify Products and principal solutions consultant.
Before joining TIBCO, Mr. Dutta held the position of associate and assistant vice president at Morgan Stanley from 2012 to 2013. He also worked as an MDM solution architect contracted to TIBCO EBX at Serene Corporation and as an MDM consultant at Cognizant. His career began with summer internships at Tata Motors and the Defence Research and Development Organisation in 2005.
Mr. Dutta’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in technology, information technology and mechanical engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2006. He also holds the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education from Beldih Church in Jamshedpur. Beyond his education, he attributes his success to his dedication and commitment to his work. He also acknowledges the support and strength he has received from his wife, who has been a guiding force in his life.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dutta has been recognized for his contributions to the field. He received the Rain Maker award from Cognizant in 2007 and was honored with both the Golden Jubilee Merit Scholarship and Silver Jubilee Merit Scholarship from Tata Motors. Additionally, he has contributed articles to several professional journals, sharing his insights and knowledge with peers in the industry.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Dutta enjoys painting, going on family vacations and spending quality time with his daughter, particularly being involved in her extracurricular activities.
