With more than 12 years of experience in his profession, he has honed his expertise in meeting with clients to discuss their software needs, programming software to align with employee rules and contracts, conducting testing and providing training for end users. Of all his work, he is most proud of implementing software for several large hospitals and medical centers, as these projects required effectively navigating complex rules, union issues and scheduling challenges involving several thousand employees.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Bander was a software engineer at Cincinnati Time Systems beginning in 2013 serving the company as a software specialist and lead trainer. Outside of his work, he has also been actively involved in civic-minded organizations, volunteering to start the online broadcast and streaming services during COVID-19 for his church, and as a volunteer coach for his son’s soccer and baseball teams.
Mr. Bander’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in biology and physics from Wayne State University, which he obtained in 2005. Additionally, he has pursued further professional development through certifications on LinkedIn, such as “Develop a High-Performance Mindset,” “Developing a Learning Mindset,” “Leading Projects” and “Smartsheet Essential Training.”
The influence of Mr. Bander’s original manager and the owner of the company where he began his career played a crucial role in building his confidence and assuring him that his approach was effective. This strong start laid the groundwork for many of his achievements. Furthermore, he attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife, Tiffany, who has been instrumental in enabling him to reach his goals.
In his personal life, Mr. Bander enjoys watching sports, playing golf and spending quality time with his family, and beloved dog Piper. Looking ahead, he envisions himself leading a team of software implementation consultants. He has previously initiated a mentorship program for new employees with the aim of expanding it into a larger team that he can guide and direct toward success.
