More About The Founders and the Company
Co-Founders Chris and Lihong Hicken were both early employees at UserTesting, another company in the customer experience category. Chris was the 6th employee and COO at UserTesting for 8 years. On the path to a unicorn IPO in 2021, UserTesting created a new software category for user testing and gathering video feedback on websites, products and in stores.
Now the Hickens are targeting the traditional survey and interview market which has seen very little innovation in the past two decades. Hicken continues, “No one enjoys taking surveys.
