Before starting My Golden Brick, Sudha held leadership roles in enterprise technology. She served as Senior Director at Union Pacific, where she worked on large-scale technology initiatives supporting operations and digital transformation. As part of that journey, she also served as Vice President of Customer Fulfillment at PS Technology, a subsidiary of Union Pacific, where she focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience and scalable systems.
From 2012 to 2022, she worked in software engineering leadership roles at Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas. During this time, she contributed to large-scale development efforts and enterprise technology initiatives. She was nominated for several internal recognitions, including the Don Soderquist Associate’s Choice Award, for her ability to drive execution and align teams with business goals.
She earned her degree from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, which provided a strong foundation for her career in technology.
