Rootcode will be partnering with the City of Prague, Czech Republic, to develop and launch an AI-driven citizen engagement platform. Designed to support City Authorities, the solution will assist the people of Prague in reporting citywide issues and help authorities prioritize and resolve them more efficiently.

The solution is built to streamline how city-related issues are identified, routed, and addressed. By leveraging AI, the platform automatically classifies and directs citizen-reported issues to the appropriate department, eliminating the need for email exchanges. The project is a part of CommuniCity, a European Union funded initiative focused on citizen-centric innovation. Rootcode will be working alongside the City of Prague’s OICT organization, to build this solution.
