In this role, he held full ownership of post-sales operations leading Customer Success, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Technical Expert Services, and the company’s Talent Cloud Community while managing a significant Annual Recurring Revenue portfolio and full P&L responsibility.
Mr. Zebrak built and scaled globally distributed teams across more than fifteen countries, delivering substantial year-over-year revenue growth and strong gross revenue retention through Customer Success operational efficiencies. His cross-functional collaboration bridged Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, driving dozens of product improvements while architecting an industry-leading customer experience framework.
Executing a multi-year digital transformation strategy, Mr. Zebrak led the organizational redesign and achieved best-in-class enterprise product adoption. He presented to the Board of Directors on Customer Success and Go-to-Market strategies and was instrumental in supporting multiple fundraising rounds resulting in tens of millions of dollars in capital raised.
Prior to Crowdbotics, Mr. Zebrak held a series of escalating executive roles at Gigster, Inc., a fast-growth technology solutions company. Recruited as Director of Customer Success, he scaled delivery for a large portfolio of enterprise AI deployments and launched multiple productized enterprise services. Elevated to Vice President of Customer Success and Services Delivery, Mr. Zebrak was specifically selected to support board and investor diligence for the company’s next growth-stage capital raise. Mr. Zebrak then took over and became Vice President of Sales and Solutions Engineering, where he achieved record-breaking year-over-year bookings growth.
Before his startup executive roles, Mr. Zebrak spent nearly a decade at Broadcom, formerly CA Technologies (also known as Computer Associates), one of the world’s largest enterprise software companies. In leadership roles of increasing responsibility serving the company’s top global accounts, he orchestrated large-scale global SaaS programs and implementations. He earned Top Performer of the Year recognition reflecting a consistent pattern of exceeding expectations in high-stakes enterprise environments.
Mr. Zebrak also served as Director at Serena Software for many years. He began his professional journey as an IT Business Analyst at Morgan Stanley, formerly Salomon Smith Barney, where he applied his skills in financial analysis and business process improvement.
Mr. Zebrak is an active speaker, facilitator, and advisor on the forefront of artificial intelligence and customer success transformation. He has served as Speaker and Facilitator of C-Level executive roundtable events noted for their exceptional engagement among senior technology and business executives, including “Exploring the Transformative Power of Generative AI — Efficiency, Innovation, and Beyond”.
An active advisor to startups and founders, Mr. Zebrak provides strategic guidance on customer engagement, organizational scaling, and post-sales growth. Throughout his career, Mr. Zebrak has championed a servant-leadership philosophy centered on developing and empowering talent.
