From 2013 to 2016, he was a technical support engineer III at EMC, where he developed a deep understanding of complex systems. His earlier experiences include serving as an application support lead at W.A. Wilde from 2010 to 2013 and as a support and operations manager at Autonomous Data Centers from 2009 to 2010. His initial foray into the IT sector was with Egenera Inc., where he worked as a technical account manager from 2008 to 2009 and as a technical support engineer from 2006 to 2008.
Mr. Hart’s academic journey is marked by resilience and determination. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2014 and an ALM in information management systems from the Harvard Extension School at Harvard University in 2020. He maintained an impressive 4.0 GPA throughout his studies. This achievement is particularly significant given his diagnosis of ADHD, which originally presented challenges at the University of Maine that led to academic probation and, ultimately, suspension. He was able to overcome these challenges with innovative thinking and resourcefulness.
