Mr. Chaudry’s journey at Edwards Lifesciences began in 2005 as a software developer. Over the years, he has held various roles that have contributed to his expertise across information and digital technologies on a global scale. As an IT core team member for product development process overhaul from 2006 to 2007, he played a pivotal role in refining processes. He then advanced to project manager and senior business systems analyst from 2007 to 2012, where he honed his skills in managing complex projects and systems.
In 2012, Mr. Chaudry became the IT manager for labeling systems, a position he held until 2013. He then served as senior IT manager for manufacturing and supply chain systems from 2013 to 2016, where he further developed his proficiency in supply chain management. His tenure as IT director for global manufacturing solutions from 2016 to 2017 saw him leading initiatives that integrated acquired companies into cohesive operational entities.
From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Chaudry was the director of TMTT business process and system integration. During this time, he successfully managed the integration of two companies within five months while overseeing approximately 300 project team members across five time zones. This accomplishment demonstrated his ability to influence and negotiate diverse dynamics effectively. Subsequently, he served as senior director of digital transformation responsible for establishing data management capabilities for global supply chain from 2019 to 2021 before assuming his current role.
Mr. Chaudry’s academic background has been instrumental in his career achievements. He earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on organizational leadership and strategy from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in 2011. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Science in computer and information sciences at the University of California, Irvine in 2005 and an associate degree in computer science from Fullerton College in 2002.
In addition to his formal education, Mr. Chaudry holds several certifications that have enhanced his expertise. These include AI for digital transformation from Cornell University in 2025 and certified data management professional from Dama International in 2022. He also obtained a digital marketing certificate and a data analytics certificate from Cornell University in 2021, as well as a psychology of leadership certificate in 2020. His commitment to continuous learning is further evidenced by his business analyst certification from UC Irvine and project management professional designation from the Project Management Institute.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Chaudry is deeply committed to giving back to the community through mentoring and volunteering with Humanity First USA since 2006. He serves on the board of advisers for the Center of Leadership at California State University, Fullerton and engages in pro bono consulting engagements for charitable foundations. His efforts extend internationally through consulting engagements with a cohort in Brazil focused on raising awareness for heart disease.
