Michael brings more than two decades of experience guiding executive teams, boards and HR organizations on talent strategies, human capital analytics, and transformative HR models that drive enterprise and asset value. As the former CHRO for First Advantage, he helped transform the company into an industry leader in HR Technology. He also held senior HR leadership roles at Wolter’s Kluwer, Harcourt Education, and Columbia House, and was a senior consultant at Accenture. Now, as Principal of GDG Consulting LLC, Michael is collaborating with global enterprises, growth-stage firms, and venture-backed companies on AI-agent-enabled talent ecosystems, skills-based talent operating models, and human-capital scorecards.
