This release introduces a wide set of functional and technical improvements designed to strengthen core HR operations across the system.

Payroll Module Enhancements
The payroll module now supports in-house processing of Trust-managed Provident Fund contributions. Improvements have also been made to salary structure components and pay period generation.
Additional updates include better handling of payments outside payroll, the ability to delete finalized salary records, and an option to download employee-wise Year-to-Date (YTD) reports in PDF format.
Exit Management Enhancements
A new common notes feature has been introduced during exit approvals to manage stakeholder comment visibility. Organizations can now control who can view exit survey feedback after submission. Several issues related to the BYOH Exit product have also been resolved to improve overall stability.
Performance Management Enhancements
In the 360-degree feedback process, the start date now defaults to the current date for greater ease of use. The goalsheet module now includes a new Goalsheet Category master, along with flexible permissions that allow different stakeholders to add, edit, or delete KPIs and record achievements.
Enhancements Across Other Modules
Additional improvements have been implemented across HRIS, workflows, attendance, leave, onboarding, recruitment, training, timesheets, and expense management modules.
