Nom), a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and a core contributor to the BONK ecosystem, executed an open-market purchase of 13,142 shares of Bonk, Inc. common stock at the close of the fourth quarter.
This transaction underscores the continued alignment between the Company’s leadership and its shareholders.
