Mr. Miller is recognized for a long and successful career spanning over 25 years in the management of call center, collections and software divisions, team leadership and business growth. Since 2024, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Covisian in the US, a BPO, collections, and software development company headquartered in Italy. In this capacity, Mr. Miller manages early-morning communications with the executive group abroad, reports on budgeting and go-to-market strategies, and ensures his team remains informed about ongoing projects. His responsibilities also include collaborating with global C-level executives to generate innovative ideas, following up with clients on pending matters, conducting ad hoc meetings, providing support and resources for team inquiries, and making himself available for spontaneous conversations.
Before joining Covisian USA, Mr. Miller was the Chief Executive Officer of Customer Care Global, an accounts receivable management and capital recovery firm, from 2019 to 2024. He previously spent nearly two decades as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Centrinex, beginning in 2005. In this capacity, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and operational success. Mr. Miller is most proud of providing $20 million annually in salaries, mainly by promoting employees from within and offering opportunities for professional growth. Under Mr. Miller’s leadership, Centrinex cultivated a positive organizational culture characterized by employee loyalty. This was exemplified when his team voluntarily rallied together to quickly recover from a major ransomware attack, minimizing downtime and demonstrating extraordinary commitment.
Simultaneously, Mr. Miller served as Chief Executive Officer of Novasors (powered by Centrinex) from 2005 to 2024, where he oversaw large-scale operations and drove innovation in the call center industry. Among other noteworthy roles, he excelled as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of RGMI Consulting LLC between 2007 and 2019, and President of Platinum Finance Company LLC from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Miller’s professional journey began in 1997 as an account executive at CBA, an Experian affiliate.
Highly educated, Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University in 1993, a Master of Business Administration from Widener University in 2005, and a second master’s degree in Legal Studies in Conflict Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis in 2022. These academic accomplishments have provided him with a strong foundation in financial management, business strategy and legal frameworks, all skills that have been essential throughout his career.
