Barcelona, Spain – November 18, 2025.
ViaConecta, the emerging digital mobile operator building the next generation of urban mobility connectivity, announces early plans to introduce a privacy-first AI Assistant inside its mobile application.
Designed to support users while traveling across cities, the ViaConecta AI Assistant will focus not on replacing existing AI platforms, but on offering high-precision, context-aware assistance within the core experience of the ViaConecta ecosystem.
The upcoming assistant aims to help users with:
Real-time connectivity insights – understanding eSIM usage, connection quality, and travel-ready options.
Urban mobility guidance – simplified routing, transportation suggestions, and seamless access to city services.
Smart, secure personalization – recommendations based strictly on user preferences and app behaviour, never on intrusive data collection.
ViaConecta emphasizes that its AI technology will be built with security and privacy as top priorities, ensuring that all processing is designed under strict European standards, while preparing future capabilities using modern AI frameworks.
“Our goal is not to compete with general AI platforms,” said the ViaConecta team. “We want to build the most reliable, accurate and secure assistant specifically for digital mobility. Something that truly adds value to your daily movement through a city – without ever compromising your privacy.”
The AI assistant is currently in the planning stage and will be introduced gradually as ViaConecta expands in Spain and Colombia in 2026.
