Voxtur Announces Purchase of Secured Indebtedness by Hale Capital Partners
TORONTO and TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Voxtur Analytics Corp. (TSXV: VXTR; OTCQB: VXTRF) (“Voxtur” or the “Company”), a North American technology company creating a more transparent and accessible real estate lending ecosystem, today announced that, HCP-FVY, LLC and HCP Fund V-FVY, LLC, affiliates of Hale Capital Partners (together, “Hale Capital”), purchased the Company’s existing senior secured indebtedness (the “Transaction”) from Bank of Montreal (“BMO”).
As a result of the Transaction, Hale Capital is now the sole holder of all obligations owed by the Company under and in connection with the senior secured facility, together with all related security documents, guarantees, collateral security, and ancillary agreements.
The Transaction marks a significant milestone, bringing together Hale Capital’s deep expertise supporting high-growth technology companies with Voxtur’s cutting-edge technology solutions.
