The announcement coincides with the opening of 14 new VLCC School of Beauty institutes across key cities. The initiative will be rolled out through the VLCC School of Beauty, which has trained over 1 Lakh students across India, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns where employment opportunities are often limited.
