Among his numerous responsibilities, Mr. Singer collaborates with large multifamily developers to oversee the installation of low-voltage infrastructure in apartment buildings, including Wi-Fi, intercom, access control, garage gate and fire systems, among others. Over time, the company was acquired by Protection Technologies, consolidating Mr. Singer’s enterprises under one umbrella and enabling expansion into the advanced security integration arena.
