Mr. Ritwik’s early career was marked by significant contributions to Satyam, where he held positions as a Senior System Analyst for two years, System Analyst for two years, Senior software engineer for one year and software engineer for one year. He began his professional journey as a software engineer at Frontier Information Technologies Limited from 2000 to 2002.
Mr. Ritwik is most proud of his long tenure at General Motors, which displayed his dedication to overcoming language barriers and cultural differences while introducing products in various countries, such as Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore and Brazil. These accomplishments have not only garnered positive attention for General Motors but also highlighted his skill in aligning diverse stakeholders and driving success on both technical and business fronts.
Academically, Mr. Ritwik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science which he earned in 2003, and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai, earned in 2000. Additionally, he is certified ITIL V3, Six Sigma Black Belt in process engineering, a scrum master and a product owner.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ritwik’s exemplary performance has been recognized with various awards, including the Star Performance Award for 5 years in a row in Satyam with various Pat on the Back awards. Outside of his career, he volunteers at the Boise Hindu Temple and enjoys camping, cricket, martial arts, bowling, swimming and spending time with his family.
