(the “Company”) announces that consequent upon its continued restructuring for development of the previously announced joint venture with Abhi Fintech Ltd., effective May 30, 2025, Steele Hemmerich and Crae Garrett have resigned as directors of the Company. Mr. Hemmerich remains as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
The board of directors of the Company (“Board”) would like to thank Steele Hemmerich for his contributions thusfar and looks forward to his continued advice and contribution going forward as the CEO.
The Board would also like to thank Mr. Garrett for his contributions to the Company.
