Nuremberg, Germany – 3 March 2026 – Hemmersbach today announced the appointment of Raphael Krause, Executive Partner and long standing leader of the company’s Device Lifecycle Business, as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the Americas (AMS). In this expanded role, Raphael Krause will steer revenue strategy and business expansion across the United States and the broader Americas region, supporting Hemmersbach’s strong local upward trajectory.
Driving Growth in the Americas Region
With more than a decade of operational presence in the U.S., Hemmersbach continues to scale its AMS operations, marked by the opening of its new Americas headquarters in Houston, Texas, in April 2025 and the expansion of its local warehouse and configuration hub. These developments strengthen the company’s long term growth strategy and enhance nationwide and international service capacity.
Hemmersbach also expands its dedicated in region sales and delivery organization, ensuring all U.S. customer engagements are managed locally. This enhanced infrastructure strengthens Hemmersbach’s ability to deliver unified, high quality IT services on behalf of their customers -global system integrators (GSIs), IT hardware manufacturers (OEMs), and Device as a Service providers (DaaS).
Accelerating Global Device Lifecycle Services Expansion
Raphael Krauses’ AMS leadership appointment aligns with the increasing momentum of Hemmersbach’s Global Device Lifecycle Services, a core pillar that empowers Hemmersbach customers to scale their DaaS offerings through a fully circular, end to end lifecycle model spanning sourcing, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and value adding recovery services.
These capabilities are further supported by Hemmersbach’s configuration hubs across the world – including a major hub in Houston – enabling rapid, ready to use device availability for enterprise end users and ensuring consistent service delivery across 190+ countries.
