Consort Digital Acquires Inative Networks (PRO ONE), Expands Mission-Critical Communication Capabilities

The acquisition, effective March 31, 2025, has received all necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals, marking a significant milestone in Consort Digital’s strategic growth journey.
This acquisition is part of a broader initiative by Consort Digital to scale its business and expand its portfolio of narrowband and broadband mission-critical solutions. PRO ONE has earned a strong reputation for delivering subscription-based narrowband communication services using TETRA and DMR technologies to major industrial and enterprise clients, including several prominent names across sectors.
Building on this foundation, Inative Networks has launched PRO ONE 2.0, a next-generation subscription-based Mission Critical X (MCX) service platform, powered by Consort Digital’s technology. PRO ONE 2.0 enables Push-to-X (voice, data, and video) services for a range of mission-critical applications, aligning with the latest industry demands and standards.
