Chatfuel, an official Meta partner and pioneer in mass automation, announces the evolution in workflow intelligence with a comprehensive AI-native operating system for SMBs. Trained on over 150 billion customer conversations, the solution empowers over 100 million SMB owners to shift from manual engagement to revenue growth by reimagining the sales cycle – from first lead to loyal customer – in a 30-second setup.
The launch is supported by a $1.5 Million Seed round, led by Pre-Seed to Succeed, an investment program backed by AltaIR Capital, Yellow Rocks, Smart Partnership Capital, and I2BF Ventures, with participation from Alber Blanc fund and several prominent angel investors, including Ershad Jamil, Chatfuel advisor. As part of this raise, Alexander Korchevsky, co-founder of Pre-Seed to Succeed and partner at I2BF Global Ventures, has joined Chatfuel’s board of directors.
A multistage sales process, typical for SMBs like salons, clinics, often requires the business owner’s full presence due to the high risk of a client drop off. Chatfuel addresses the issue with a plug-and-play AI agent that starts capturing leads directly from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok campaigns, qualifying them, scheduling bookings, and sending reminders in as little as 30 seconds. Beyond preventing client loss due to the missed messages, Chatfuel also drives upselling with consistent follow-ups – a process 27% of SMBs struggle with today.
“Service SMBs represent one of the largest yet most underserved segments of the global economy,” said Korchevsky. “They generate massive demand through social media but lack a unified operating system to manage it. Chatfuel has the experience, the data, and the vision to become the default solution in this space.”
The Chatfuel customer operating platform is trained on years of funnel data and business interaction insights, built on its long-standing partnership with Meta. By combining speed and simplicity with enterprise-grade automation, it gives business owners a personalized AI twin that operates autonomously but can be modified at any time – no technical skills required.
“Our mission is to give small business owners the same automation and personalization capabilities that enterprises enjoy, but without the complexity or cost,” said Fedor Pak, CEO of Chatfuel. “We want the decision to adopt Chatfuel to be fast, intuitive, and immediately valuable.”
With this funding, Chatfuel will accelerate product development and international expansion, planning to launch an app-version of the solution next year.
