In his new position, Young will continue leading the Company’s product strategy, sales, marketing, and technology initiatives while assuming overall responsibility for Blonder Tongue’s day-to-day operations. The heads of the Company’s four departments-Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance-will report directly to him.
Young succeeds Bob Palle, who will continue with Blonder Tongue as an Advisor, supporting strategic initiatives and industry relationships.

After departing in 2021, he returned earlier this year to help lead the company into its next era of innovation and growth.
