Special High Five Edition comes with $10 million in total guarantees.
SAN JOSÉ, PR / ACCESS Newswire / April 13, 2026 / Americas Cardroom is running a special High Five edition of its Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms tournaments, featuring $10 million in total guaranteed prize pools, beginning this Sunday, April 12 with Day 1A.
Included are an $8 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em (NLH) event and a $2 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) tournament, both carrying a $2,650 buy-in. The tournaments run alongside their popular High Five Series and are positioned among the largest online poker events of the spring season.
Both tournaments feature mystery bounty formats, with top knockout prizes reaching $500,000 in the NLH event and $200,000 in the PLO event. Beginning on Day 2, every elimination guarantees a minimum bounty payout of $5,000.
The structure includes five Day 1 starting flights, allowing players to enter multiple times and combine chip stacks heading into Day 2. All advancing players will reach the money when Day 2 begins on Monday, April 27 at 1:05 p.m. ET, with final tables scheduled for Tuesday, April 28 at 4:05 p.m. ET.
Qualification opportunities began this past Tuesday through the Venom Fever satellite schedule, offering multiple entry paths via Direct, Mega, and Beast Satellites. These qualifiers provide access at a range of price points, including low-cost and free entry opportunities.
“After the incredible turnout and massive payouts in March’s $50 Million OSS XL, Spring 2026 is shaping up to be epic with the return of our High Five Series and this special Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms edition,” said Americas Cardroom Pro Chris Moneymaker. “With huge guarantees, mystery bounties, and accessible satellites for every bankroll, players have double the chance to hit massive prizes.”
The most recent Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms events in January exceeded guarantees, with the NLH tournament attracting 3,673 entries and generating a $9,182,500 prize pool. The winner earned more than $700,000, while the runner-up secured the largest total payout of $1,240,310, including bounty winnings. The PLO event drew 837 entries and produced a $2,092,500 prize pool, with the champion earning over $300,000.
