Prior to, from 2017 to 2018, Mr. Abraham served as a System Design Engineer at Mahindra North America, gaining vital experience in system architecture, hardware design, and product integration. Mr. Abraham began his professional journey at RIVIAN in 2016, working in a fast-paced startup environment that demanded creativity and adaptability. Over the course of a year, he contributed to both software development and hardware integration, developing key software modules, flashing them onto hardware, and installing the system into prototype vehicles. Witnessing the system operate successfully was a defining moment—marking the start of his passion for combining technical precision with creative problem-solving. This hands-on experience shaped his engineering philosophy and continues to influence his approach to system design and validation today.
Mr. Abraham places a strong emphasis on lifelong learning and professional growth. He holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Logistics Associate, and certifications in Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Control Systems Fundamentals. He sets a personal goal of earning at least one new certification each year to remain at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland in 2022, where he participated in leadership and strategy competitions that sharpened his analytical skills. He also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas (2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Raghu Engineering College (Autonomous) in India (2012).
Mr. Abraham is a member of the Project Management Institute and serves as Secretary for an Employee Resource Group, reflecting his commitment to organizational leadership and mentorship. Outside of work, he volunteers regularly with his local church, contributing his time and expertise to community development initiatives.
He attributes much of his success to his family’s unwavering support. As the first in his family to immigrate to the United States, he was encouraged and financially supported by his parents, who funded his education until he began his professional career. His wife has also been a key influence—motivating him to pursue leadership roles that align with his technical and collaborative strengths. She holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Juris Doctor (JD), is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Jersey, and operates her own estate planning law firm. Together, they are raising a young daughter who shares their love of learning and curiosity about the world.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Abraham enjoys keeping up with advancements in the automotive and trucking industries, as well as developments in artificial intelligence technologies. He also maintains strong interests in accounting and bookkeeping.
