(“GameSquare” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:GAME), a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and digital native treasury company, today announced it repurchased over 1.5 million shares of its common stock during the month of February for $499,137, representing an average price of approximately $0.33 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $2.5 million remaining under its current authorization.
Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of 5.05 million shares of its common stock for $2.5 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.49 per share.
