Tectum has confirmed that TCT will list on a decentralized exchange on December 1, 2025, followed by listings on multiple centralized exchanges on December 2, 2025. Exchange names will be announced closer to the listing dates.
This launchpad phase represents the only early-access window before TCT enters the open market in December. It allows participants to secure a position ahead of broader liquidity and secondary-market activity through a structured and transparent distribution process.
TCT introduces three value drivers to the SoftNote ecosystem: a 20% revenue share from SoftNote ePOS transactions, governance rights for ecosystem decisions, and utility within the SoftNote Wallet through rewards and priority access to upcoming programs.
The introduction of TCT establishes the decentralized participation layer for SoftNote’s global expansion.
