Tight integration between strategy and quoting: A new Quoter and Lifecycle Manager integration allows MSPs to create quotes directly from approved initiatives, improving workflow efficiency and quote accuracy.
Unified API for client data: The ScalePad Public API unifies client data across the platform, enabling MSPs to design automated workflows for assessments, roadmaps, client planning, and more-powering scalable, outcome-driven Customer Success delivery.
