Mr, Boudriga previously served as senior director of strategic operations at CGI, where he led enterprise transformation initiatives exceeding $700 million in value. He implemented scalable project frameworks, streamlined delivery processes, and achieved a 95% stakeholder satisfaction rate. Prior to that, as director within the enterprise quality group, Mr. Boudriga oversaw quality assurance initiatives across large-scale projects to secure organizational standards, drove quality assurance across large-scale programs, introduced estimation models using QSM SLIM, and developed integrated toolkits that significantly improved delivery performance and financial outcomes.
Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. Boudriga served as the director of product engineering for the Advantage ERP service line at CGI, leading cross-functional teams in refining enterprise resource planning solutions tailored to client expectations. From 2004 to 2009, he thrived as the director of product engineering for the credit and trade service line at CGI, and Mr. Boudriga proudly managed complex product development cycles and introduced innovative features that addressed evolving market demands.
Mr. Boudriga’s tenure with CGI extends to foundational assignments including leading the product engineering for the tax and revenue service line from 2000 to 2004, where he managed the software development for public sector clients, and between 1999 and 2000, he was a team lead for the firm’s New York City financial management system. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Boudriga acted as a development manager for the State of Alabama’s financial and human resource management systems at CGI, contributing to statewide improvements in administrative efficiency, relying in part on insights gained as a senior consultant with Health Canada system from 1996 to 1997 and as a consultant for the Canadian Department of National Defense from 1994 to 1995.
A passion for continuous improvement motivated Mr. Boudriga to pursue academic excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the National Engineering School of Gabes before completing a Master of Science in engineering and applied statistics from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Mr. Boudriga holds a Master of Science in engineering, and he has secured a range of industry credentials including a certificate in large-scale project management from American University and a certificate in software lifecycle management from Quantitative Software Management.
