Before his current role, Mr. Yadav served as director of strategy and operations from 2022 to 2024. His work helped accelerate strategic decision-making and improve execution across the organization.
Before joining the public SaaS company, he co-founded Altido Marketing Lab, a strategy and analytics firm focused on empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across India. As partner and fractional chief financial officer from 2018 to 2020, he led initiatives that helped SMEs expand into new markets, secure early-stage investment, and unlock revenue growth through data-driven strategies and operational transformation.
Mr. Yadav’s career in finance began at Standard Chartered Bank in 2016 as an associate director, where he honed his skills in banking and financial services. Before assuming this role, he held positions at Karvy Financial Services Limited, serving as head of marketing, strategy, and operations from 2015 to 2016, and as a marketing manager from 2014 to 2015. His early career also included a role as associate general manager at Lodha Group from 2012 to 2013, as well as a summer internship at Reckitt Benckiser in 2011.
Mr. Yadav’s academic achievements have significantly contributed to his professional success. He earned an MBA in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2021, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in management with a focus on marketing and strategy from IIM Lucknow and was an international exchange student at TBS Education. His foundational education includes a Bachelor of Technology in civil engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, which he earned in 2009.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Yadav is actively involved in various industry-related organizations, including the CFO Leadership Council, Forbes Finance Council, and Association for Financial Professionals.
