Mr. Idzik is a seasoned financial services executive who most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of E*TRADE Financial Corporation, where he also served as President of E*TRADE Bank. During his tenure, he led the company through a period of strategic repositioning and operational improvement, strengthening its balance sheet and enhancing its position as a leading digital brokerage platform.
Mr. Idzik also served as Chief Operating Officer at Barclays PLC, one of the 20 largest banks in the world, where he was responsible for driving operational efficiency, technology integration, and global business performance across the organization. In addition, he served as Group Chief Executive Officer of DTZ Holdings PLC, a publicly traded global real estate services firm, and as a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton.
