SINGAPORE, SG / ACCESS Newswire / November 19, 2025 / iFoundries Group Pte. Ltd. (“iFoundries”) announced that it completed a founder-led share buyback effective September 26, 2025, returning the company to independent ownership in Singapore. As of that effective date, iFoundries is no longer affiliated with, owned by, or part of Atypical Global (“Atypical”) or any of its related companies.
