Founded more than 30 years ago, IM Corporation specializes in software development and support services for Tier-1 and Tier-2 Japanese system integrator (SI) firms. With a strong local presence and a team of over 150 skilled professionals, IM Corporation has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality technology solutions aligned with Japan’s enterprise requirements.
The acquisition significantly strengthens Fidel’s operational footprint in Japan, enhancing its local delivery capabilities and expanding its ability to support Japanese customers with scalable, end-to-end IT services. It also reinforces Fidel’s long-term commitment to the Japanese market as part of its broader global expansion strategy.
With this move, Fidel aims to combine IM Corporation’s strong local expertise and customer relationships in Japan with Fidel’s global delivery capabilities, advanced technology offerings, and growing focus on AI-led innovation.
