The AI Utility Token Sale is launched by members of the Battery Association (UFOP), a nonprofit community dedicated to ethical AI development, sustainable energy innovation, and decentralized intelligence ecosystems. The presale follows Regulation D Rule 506(c) and Regulation S, allowing eligible association members to obtain utility access to Battery Coin’s decentralized energy and AI infrastructure. This facility will operate as a U.S.-based clean-energy production hub supplying modular hemp-graphene battery units for AI data centers, renewable-energy integrations, and decentralized compute networks. The facility strengthens American energy independence, reduces reliance on foreign lithium supply chains, and accelerates the deployment of advanced AI-energy infrastructure nationwide.
AI Energy + Decentralized Compute Integration
In a separate infrastructure deployment, Battery Coin’s Apollo Project 2.0 will establish a network of 25 decentralized AI Root Servers across the United States and worldwide. The network is designed to support next-generation Active Inference reasoning models, quantum-resistant AI workloads, distributed inference, secure privacy-preserving compute, and cross-chain AI-to-blockchain communication.
Phase 1 activation is scheduled for Q4 2026, with full deployment targeted by 2030. These AI Root Servers function solely as infrastructure utilities and are independent of token pricing or trading activity.
Each AI Root Server is built to provide decentralized AI compute services to hundreds of blockchain networks—including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and others—without requiring protocol changes.
